After the apostille is applied on the original document by the competent institution, in order to be valid, it has to be translated in the language of the destination country, by a translator authorized by the Ministry of Justice, so that in the translation must appear also the text of the Apostille or of the visa, and, afterwards, the translator’s signature is legalized by a notary public, and then the legalized translation is apostilled or superlegalized at the Notary Public Board and, according to the case, it is superlegalized by the Ministry of External Affairs and by the consular department of that state in Romania.
