The acknowledgment procedure of official documents in not signatory countries of the Convention from Hague, is denominated superlegalization. The acknowledgment procedure of official documents in not signatory countries of the Convention from Hague, supposes a more complex procedure and a bigger number of visas and certifications from the implicated Romanian institutions, and, finally, the documents shall bear the visa from the embassies and of the consular head offices of those states.
The procedures that shall be done by us in order to perform the complete formalities are the following:
– Stamp the original at the Ministry of Justice/Ministry of Education/Ministry of Health/Ministry of External Affairs/Notary public Board (depending on the type of the document);
– the authorized translation in the language of the country where it shall be used or in an international circulation language, by a sworn translation by the Ministry of Justice.
– translator signature legalization by a public notary;
– superlegalization of the signature and of the notary seal by the Notary public Board;
– superlegalization of the Notary public seal by the Ministry of External Affairs;
– final superlegalization by the consular department of that state in Romania.
ATTENTION!: The Apostille shall be applied ONLY for the member states member of the Hague Convention!!
